Webster Technique - Dr. Beth is now certified in Webster technique. This technique is a specific adjusting and spinal analysis that balances a woman's sacrum/pelvis to ensure an easier pregnancy, childbirth/labor experience!
Activator Methods - Dr. Beth is also Activator Methods Advanced proficiency certified. Activator is a low force adjusting tool that specifically corrects nerve interference in the spine and extremities.
Cold Laser - is a treatment that uses precise wavelengths of light to communicate with tissue and is believed to help accelerate the healing process.
Hyrdo-bed Therapy - a massage bed that uses pressurized warm water to increase circulation.
Kinesiotaping - is a specific rehabilitative taping technique that is intended to aid the body’s natural healing process while supporting and stabilizing muscles and joints without limiting the body’s range of motion as well as providing extended soft tissue manipulation to extend the benefits of manual therapy given within the clinical setting.
